New 3D Plans for Reseda ADU

There is no better way to visualize your ADU concept than to see it in 3D. Our clients in Reseda came to this realization after having trouble picturing how their detached ADU would look with flooring, paint, furniture, and fixtures.

Luckily, they found Central Coast ADU! After an in-depth conversation about their ADU interior design ideas, we collaborated with our client to create this 3D floor plan:

This detached ADU features:

• 2 Bath (one master; one Jack-&-Jill)

• Spacious living room area

• 924 sq ft (22' x 42')
