This is one of the largest ADUs that we have designed to date. In speaking to our client, we learned that the intended use for this ADU is bring family members closer to live. An ADU this size will allow them plenty of independent living space, while uniting the family on the same property.
Keeping families united while maintaining independent space is an ideal use for an ADU.
