Once you've retained our services we will research your property and zoning to ensure that your ADU is possible.

Most projects will need structural & mechanical engineering-- services that we coordinate.

We'll need to measure the exterior of your property (and possibly the interior as well) in order to create plans.

We will manage your local permit process from application, to submittal, through approval.
